Hope all is going well. Everything OK here. Checked with Pauline today and she has heard from Sarah in London who was not involved in underground disaster. Tony got final judgement on all matters on Tuesday. Financial arrangements exactly what he asked for - Custody and access very close to what he hoped for. Overall he is pleased with result.

Hi to everyone from the 5by5 team.
We are well and in good spirits. (The Swiss make great white wines). Training and site survey has gone well but the weather is cool and wet. Looking for better weekend conditions for the race. Hi Joanne,

We are looking forward to hear from you. Have you been practicing swimming in a lake. Uncle John is not going to make it. He had a cardiac arrest and it took 13 minutes to resuscitate. He he is in a comatose state. On Tuesday they will decide if they will disconnect.

Dad and I hope you are enjoying your holiday with your friends. We are looking forward to reading something about you. Good luck and we love you.

David, I’m not sure what you did to my foot the other day but it feels 95% better...I feel I could almost run a couple of hundred k...almost... ;)

Have a great trip and enjoy your holiday. Good luck on your big adventure. (The Swiss must be jubilant that their favourite tennis star has won Wimbledon for the third time...Susan, did you have a chance to watch the finals?) Cheerio for now...and happy trails you and your team!
